I have ordered multiple times jerky from Mike's. I found it to be awesome jerky. The last order I received wasn't up to the normal standards I was use to. So I called Mike's meat and they explained the reason and without any questions I received a replacement order that arrived the next day. What a pleasent surprise there still are companies what truly care about there customers!!!!!!!!! Thank you Mike's for your awesome customer service!!!!
