A few years back, a guy at work had a football fundraiser for his high school kid. I wanted to support him, and lone behold, four years later I order two one-pound packs every month or so. Everyone who tries it says it's the best jerky they've ever had and ask where I get it from. Quality and consistency is superb. My favorite is the ghost pepper. But I've tried them all!!!
